- Is about linking the body with the mind using physcial postures and breathwork.
- Works with the nervous system and therefore can have a profound affect on stress and anxiety
- Will make you feel AWESOME!!

Yoga is NOT:
- Only for healthy young fit people
- About twisting your body into cool shapes (although that can happen!)
- Only about being calm – yoga is invigorating, enlivening and can have a huge boost on mood, self-esteem, confidence and general sense of happiness

I have taught in substance-misuse services, and specialist 50+ classes and to Deaf children and children with additional needs. The course:
is aimed at beginners, though those with more experience are completely welcome! When you book I will ask you about any health issues and will work to ensure the class is accessible for all.
