Gentle Yoga, exploring movement and stillness, for new Mothers to compassionately take time to take care of you, with your little one by your side. In the early days, meeting with a supportive community and simply connecting with your breath and gentle movement is a wonderfully nurturing practice. So even if babe needs you to hold and feed for most of the class, there is still so much value for you – and we practice going with the flow.
As we begin to move more, we might incorporate babies as we go, however this one is more for YOU. Space for you to nurture self-care, giving extra tlc to those bits that might need it the most. This is only available to block-book as term time course.
A few important points… Please bring your own yoga mat plus a blanket for you to use in practice, and anything you need for baby. On arrival, use hand sanitizer and wear face covering UNTIL you land on your mat. When leaving class, plus put face covering on BEFORE LEAVING the studio space to exit the building If you are feeling unwell, or showing any COVID-19 symptoms as listed on the Government website, please look after you and others and stay at home, following Gov guidelines. If you or any of your household show symptoms after 14 days of attendance, please kindly let Carolyn know immediately.
