Yoga with George

These classes feature a dynamic style of hatha yoga. We work towards building a flowing sequence from a range of stances, squatting movements and seated asana. The breath is harnessed to the flow of movements, creating a breathing rhythm that allows the practitioner to connect more deeply with their own body.
This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. It will challenge you without asking you to make shapes beyond your reach. We use simple movements to open the joints and improve the availability in our bodies. Ornate postures are dispensed with initially, which makes this style accessible to everyone while still remaining challenging for experienced practitioners.
