Soundology Yoga Nidra

Tranquil session of Yoga Nidra and Tibetan singing bowl healing.
During the sessions, you’ll be gently guided into a deep state of relaxation through the practice of Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep” – a blissful, meditative state between wakefulness and sleeping.
Your mind, body, and soul will then be submerged in the healing frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls to create powerful multi-layered pulses of sound, inducing deep, meditative states and providing a soothing effect on the sympathetic nervous system – a magical way to escape a busy mind and life!
What to Wear: You’ll be lying down for the duration of the class so be sure to wear whatever you’ll be comfiest in. Your body will cool down whilst you are lying still so be sure to wear something you’ll be nice and warm in. Big cosy socks are always great to keep your feet toasty.
Due to COVID-19 safety measure, we’ll need to ensure the room is kept well ventilated. Please ensure you wear plenty of clothes to keep yourself warm.
What to Bring: Please bring with you a yoga mat, blanket, and cushion for the sessions. You may also wish to bring an extra cushion to put under your knees to act as a bolster, and help ease any lower back tensions during the session, and an eye pillow if you have one.
