SEND Activities in St Werburghs

Welcoming families with special educational needs and disabilities

We are proud to be running activities for families whose children have special education needs and disabilities. The weekly sessions are designed to support SEND children and their parents or primary carers by offering opportunities to practice self-care and socialise with other families.

SEND Parent & Carers Yoga Class, Mondays 10.00am – 11.00am

Yoga Class for Parents & Carers (SEND). Mondays 11.30am – 12.30pm 

A relaxing and healing class for carers of children with special educational needs or disabilities. Simple stretches along with breathing and meditation exercises to help relax the mind and body. Suitable for all levels including those new to yoga or those who are less flexible or less mobile. Please bring a yoga matt if you have one.

We ask for a £5 donation but free spaces are available for those who cannot donate. Drop-ins* or booking welcome. Contact 0117 955 1351 or office@stwerburghs.org.uk to book.

*For drop-ins, please contact us before coming along to check the class is running that day. The class does not run during school holidays.
