St Werburghs Community Centre has a brilliant range of affordable meeting rooms for you to hire in Bristol.
Our venue offers you a fully accessible experience with wheelchair access throughout, automatic doors, accessible toilets, adult-sized changing facilities and accessible technology.
We are conveniently located for everyone, not just those in St Werburghs. We are very close to Bristol city centre – just 5 mins by car, train or bus, or you can walk from Cabot Circus in around 25 minutes.
You can hire all of our spaces for meetings, conferences, training courses, community events, exercise classes, professional kitchen space, wellbeing & support groups, weddings and celebrations from children parties to anniversary events.
Don’t forget that all room hire revenue is put straight back into St Werburghs Community Centre. So, when you hire a room, you’re actively helping to support the vital services that we run, and as a result, your community.
Room 1 - Main Hall
Room 1 – Main Hall perfect for events, conferences and all type of classes
Our largest room retaining Victorian character with parquet wooden flooring, high ceilings and double height windows. It’s incredibly light and airy and our most popular room for large events as well as dance and fitness.
Our 5-star hygiene awarded kitchen is well equipped. This large bright room includes a commercial six-burner hob and a large double oven. Washing up sinks, hand wash basins and worktop units are positioned at two different levels making the kitchen accessible.
Hire Room 6 for meetings, hot desking, coaching and therapy sessions
Light office and meeting space for up to three people. Currently set up with three desks, plus two comfortable chairs for informal meetings, therapy or coaching sessions. High speed internet and tea / coffee making facilities.
Size approx. 7.5 by 2.2 metres.

Hire Room 7 for meetings, conferences & fitness classes
Room 7 was renovated in 2020. The room has a built-in projector and double-height windows. Newly fitted dimmable LED lighting makes this a versatile space for meetings, gatherings and all types of exercise and wellness classes.
Hire Room 8 for meetings, conferences & fitness classes
Room 8 was renovated in 2020. The room has a built-in projector, hearing loop and double-height windows. Newly fitted dimmable LED lighting makes this a versatile space for meetings, gatherings and all types of exercise and wellness classes.
Rooms 9 is perfect for you to hire for meetings, fitness and events
Rooms 9 is located in the annexe. This rectangular modern room has underfloor heating, built-in projectors and double-height windows. It is a great space for meetings, events and all types of activities and classes. Room 9 & 10 can be hired together creating one big space for larger events or if you need additional space for registration, crèche, lunch or break out room.
Hire Room 11 for smaller meetings, exercise classes and support groups
Located in our annexe, Room 11 benefits from underfloor heating. It offers flexible space suitable for yoga, crèche, language lessons, meetings and prayers. It can be booked out with room 12 to create a larger space.

Rooms 12 is ideal for meetings, fitness classes and events
Located in our annexe, this room overlooks the garden and benefits from underfloor heating and double-height windows. It is suitable for tai chi, yoga, training and conferences. It has a soundproof, foldable wall through to Room 11. Rooms 11 and 12 can be booked as one large space for bigger events or can be used as interconnecting rooms if you need an additional space for registration, crèche, lunch or refreshments.
