Start the new year taking compassionate action for your mental health.
Join me, Jasmine, for an evidence based course that merges yoga practices, modern science, philosophy, mindfulness and psychoeducation to support you with the physical and psychological experience of anxiety and depression.
Each session is 2 hours, we will repeat a postural sequence, practice and build on breath techniques, explore rest practices and learn in embodied and cognitive ways about the science and philosophy behind the the practices and how they affect mental health. We will finish the session with group feedback.
You will receive a handbook, home practice, and introductory call and course based support throughout.
