FAQ’s
Do I need any yoga experience? No. This will be suitable for beginners, to experienced yogi’s. Anyone who identifies as a women and would like to explore rest and learn ways to feel more present, steady and relaxed.
What do I need to bring? You will need to bring a few props to support you : 1 yoga mat. 1 Pillow. 2 Blankets (a yoga bolster if you have one)
Can I block book classes to save money and commit to restorative self-care? Great idea! You can either book single classes at £13 to suit you, or invest in a class pass of 6 Classes for £60, or a Community rate of £18 for 3 classes. These need to be used within 2 months of purchase.
Please note: Weekly booking entries are standardised and do not notify class cancellations or breaks, we always recommend contacting the class provider to pre-book.
