Welcome to St Werburghs Community Centre

St Werburghs Community Centre has been providing a range of services, courses and events for local residents for over 50 years. Set in a beautiful Victorian building, bursting with character and conveniently close to Bristol City Centre, our modern multi-purpose venue with onsite café, offers affordable rates and accessible spaces for both private and public events.

 

But we are more than just a venue for hire. Explore, take a tour and find out more about what your local Community Centre can provide for you. Fun Family Open Day

Fun Family Open Day hosted by St Werburgh Community Centre!

Come and join us on a day packed with fun for the whole family. Find out more about what is happening at the centre and participate in our user forum.

This day will also celebrate the launch of one of Bristol’s most beloved festival, Bristol Refugee Festival, and host Tibet Day Celebrations.

We will have a dedicated children’s area with a bouncy castle.

With stalls, workshops, performances and music, this is will be a fun day for everyone!

SEND Activities in St Werburghs

Welcoming families with special educational needs and disabilities

We are proud to be running activities for families whose children have special education needs and disabilities. The weekly sessions are designed to support SEND children and their parents or primary carers by offering opportunities to practice self-care and socialise with other families.

SEND Parent & Carers Yoga Class, Mondays 10.00am – 11.00am

You can hire all of our rooms for meetings, conferences, training courses, community events, exercise classes, professional kitchen space, wellbeing & support groups, weddings and celebrations from children parties to anniversary events.

We even have a warm and affordable onsite Cafe, The Interim Cafe, open Monday to Friday.

Our venue offers you a fully accessible experience with wheelchair access throughout, automatic doors, accessible toilets, adult-sized changing facilities and accessible technology. Plus with our garden to sit and enjoy the sunshine, what’s stopping you?
